The clinic sends the referral, patient information, insurance information, and supporting clinical documentation to Family Diagnostics.

Family Diagnostics verifies available insurance-benefit information and contacts the patient to confirm the appointment for the assigned testing day.
4. Testing Is Performed Inside the Clinic
Our technician brings the necessary equipment to the practice and performs the physician-ordered testing on the scheduled date.
5. Reports Are Provided to the Physician
The reports are printed or securely delivered to the physician for review and interpretation.
6. Documents Are Added to the EMR
The testing documents and reports are scanned or uploaded into the clinic’s electronic medical record.
7. Everything Is Ready for Clinic Billing
The clinic is responsible for medical necessity, interpretation, coding, claim submission, and payer billing.
